Booking information for regular booking

  • 1. MBR do not offer self-driven vehicles. All vehicles are delivered with driver and gasoline.
  • 2. Daily rentals are offered on 8 consecutive hours basis. At the end of agreed rental period, a maximum of 60 minutes grace period is allowed to release the vehicle. Extra hours will be charged at one fourth of daily rate.
  • 3. Lunch, drinks and entry fees (where applicable) are not include in price of Tour. These can be bought separately.
  • 4. 10% deposit is required at time of a regular booking. Remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to start of rental. In case of cancellation, the deposit converts into cancellation fee.
  • 5. A regular booking request should reach MBR at least 30 days before start date. 50% deposit is required for booking of less than 30 days and the rest to pay 7 before start date.
    Full payment is required in the event of a booking of less than 15 days before start date.
  • 6. For organizational reasons, early booking through our online booking system is strongly advised. Additional 25% of rental cost will be added to any form of last minute booking without prior payment of deposit.
  • 7. Booking request less than 3 days prior to start date will be ignored.
